This is a series of 7 Morning & Evening Meditations, one for each day of the week.

The guided morning meditations have a special intention to take you through your day.
They are 25 minutes in duration and include Japa breath, a guided visualization, 7 minutes of recorded silence, contemplation, and an affirmative prayer.
The guided evening meditations follow the morning meditations. They are designed to relax you into the dream state, allowing your subconscious mind to process the daily intention while you sleep. They are 25 minutes in duration and include Japa breath, an inspirational message, 7 minutes of recorded silence, contemplation, and affirmative prayer.
These mediations were uniquely produced. There was no script, simply the intuitive flow of Dr. Kim’s heartfelt words combined with the beautiful music of Rev Dr Pattie Weber.
