Rev. Karen Grace Clarity

After years of searching for something she couldn't identify, the universe led Karen to Spiritual Center for Positive Living in Cameron Park, CA, and it was there that she met her teacher, mentor, best friend, business partner, and beloved wife, Kim Clarity.  

 

It was Kim’s love of teaching Spiritual Psychology through Course In Miracles, Ernest Holmes Science of Mind, Paramahansa Yogananda’s Self Realization, and many other spiritual methods and modalities that inspired Karen to seek what was seeking her… a true authentic self, committed and determined to live a life of selfless service and devotion while helping others find their way in this crazy world.  
 
Karen’s personal evolution and professional accomplishments continued from 2002-2012 which included a Bachelor Degree in Religious Studies from Emerson Theological Institute, Ordination as an Interfaith Minister, Spiritual Life Coach, Meditation Teacher, and certified in NLP and Hypnosis.  Her career progressed through regularly teaching what she had learned and building a successful coaching practice.
 
After years of study and devotional practice Karen earned the honor of being referred to as the Divine Mother of the organization and the new name of Rev. Karen Grace.   During 2009-2014 she was Executive Producer and Director of Research & Development for Seeking Clarity Seminars, a series of transformational seminars that she and Kim facilitated.   
 
In 2012, after being on the road for 4 years bringing the integrated teachings of Seeking Clarity Seminars to spiritual communities throughout California, Rev. Karen & Dr. Kim decided to dare greatly and open Clarity Academy of Spiritual Arts, an interfaith, non-profit learning community committed to teaching unconditional love and wholehearted living.  They acquired funding, leased a building, and began weekly classes, Sunday Service and community events.  Music became a huge part of their message through their band, “Ripple Effect.”

 

In December 2014, after major health issues that accelerated for Dr. Kim, which resulted in financial challenges, they made the difficult decision to close the building.  Both of them embarked on a sabbatical to heal body, mind and soul.  

 

The Gene Keys transmission, founded by Richard Rudd, entered their atmosphere in 2015, and since then their lives have radically evolved.  www.genekeys.com

In addition to all the adventures in spiritual communities Rev. Karen has shared with Dr. Kim, she’s kept busy over the years as a Hospital Chaplain, Professional Organizer, Massage Therapist, seamstress for Expressions Academy of Dance in Lincoln, End of Life Doula, caregiving for the elderly, creating spiritual jewelry, Aging With Grace, which includes assisting people with organizing needs, end of life preferences, aging issues, preparing legal documents, legacy projects, and more.

Through their work, they inspire and empower others to embrace personal growth, well-being, and a life of purpose.

 

Today Rev. Karen lives in the beautiful forest of Pollock Pines with Dr. Kim and their Labradoodle, Jai.  She can be found kayaking, walking at the lake, quilting, reading, coloring, making gemstone malas for Ananda in Nevada City, and endless creative projects!
